There are ZERO foods that make you fat so long as you are in a caloric deficit (meaning you are consuming calories UNDER your daily maintenance). . If you answered “all of them” for number two you would be correct. If you consume more calories than your daily maintenance calls for regardless of what food you WILL gain weight. . Bottom line…be mindful of what you consume whether its “junk” food or “healthy” food. I’d recommend figuring out your maintainance intake (how many calories your body needs to remain at its current weight & activity level). .
